Attention Parents of the Cathedral School of Saint Mary

Here is a brief form that will explain how to make payments on PayPal.
Payments may be for all of the following:
1) the entire month,
2) select weeks, or
3) select days.

Please follow ALL details in the following instructions, so that we can make sure that all of the necessary details are recorded in order to serve you and your children efficiently.
PayPal Instructions:

Step One:

• Go to www.paypal.com and sign up for a PayPal account.

Step Two:

• Select the second tab "Send Money"
• Send to: kmcateringservice@gmail.com
• Enter Amount: ( number of lunches x cost per lunch)

Select "Continue"
Step Three:

Please verify all information is correct.

• To make sure your child's lunch is correctly accounted for, please follow instructions below.
• Subject : Please put school name ( i.e. Cathedral School of St Mary, St Paul or Kirby Hall)
• Message Box: Please enter all information below.

1. Child Name:
2. Grade:
3. List payment details: Monthly, Pizza Friday or Select days
4. If you are paying for select days please list dates your child will eat lunch.          

         (Example: 2/1, 2/7, 2/19)
 Then select "Send Money."
